This is the second time I have had my car repaired for body work at Gustafson Brothers. Both times, my car was parked and incurred damage. Gustafson Brothers did an amazing job with body repair. They worked diligently with the insurance company and were excellent in communicating when my car would be completed. Rae was a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and excellent communication deserved a 5-star rating, along with the body shop's quality of repair. In fact, the entire front office was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Gustafson Brothers.

Flawless work and great prices! I brought my car here to fix up some damage on the right front fender and passenger door. I was worried it would cost a fortune and take forever. They did an amazing job! The repair is completely invisible to the eye. You cannot even tell anything happened to the car. They finished the work quickly and charged a very reasonable price compared to other places. I highly recommend this shop for fast, high-quality, and affordable repairs!

Excellent communication and trustworthy, this is a premium shop. I’ve taken my used vehicle purchases to Gustafson in the past to have everything checked. The bill hurts a bit but I have the satisfaction and peace-of-mind knowing everything is mechanically sound and running as it should. They are also great about telling you what repairs should be prioritized and which ones can wait. They are fast and usually provide a ride home if my truck is staying with them.

I was referred to Gustafson Brothers by my regular mechanic who lacked the proper equipment to diagnose a fuel system leak in my old '99 Explorer. It happened to be my mother's birthday and I didn't have time to shop around other places so I headed over immediately and was impressed by the high degree of professionalism, cleanliness, service, amenities and organization this facility has to offer. A young gentleman named Wil served as my advisor. He was friendly, professional and well-spoken and was able to accommodate me despite them being busy, me not having made an appointment and my car falling on the borderline cut-off year of cars they can repair. Since I live over 4 miles away and needed to be back in time to prepare for my mom's birthday I took advantage of their complimentary shuttle service and was driven home by a friendly and personal gentleman named Lyle, which saved me a lot of time. My overall impression is largely positive, but I definitely consider this repair and auto body shop a premium establishment and therefore one should expect to pay premium prices for their level of service and amenities. I had little choice due to time constraints but consider myself "l

They were able to squeeze me in last minute in the afternoon before a long road trip the following day! I really appreciate that they were accommodating and the price was fair for an oil change. They did a whole inspection with much needed recommendations for after my trip. They were honest and patient with me as I also was able to use my AAA discount. Highly recommend to use if you are in the area. Also, they finished a lot sooner than anticipated as well as give you a free car wash without dealer pricing!
